Amani Spa & Wellness takes great pride in our exceptional service and attention to detail in all the spaces in which we operate focusing especially on our hygiene, health and safety practices. Amid the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to reassure both staff and guests that we continue to maintain this high standard and have also put extra measures in place that take care of therapists and guests throughout their time together in any one of our destinations.
Each area of our spas will have access to waterless hand sanitisers that will be used by therapists in their rooms and offered to guests at reception, our tea stations, relaxation areas, change rooms and bathrooms.
Therapists will offer guests hand sanitiser before they begin the foot consultation or start a treatment, even if they have already used it at reception. As per our protocols they wash their hands with soap and water before and after each guest and will use waterless hand sanitiser in between.
During this time we believe that our focus should be on supporting efforts of self-care to replace concerns about the Coronavirus with messages of health and well-being. While we remain in the way of positivity, we also learn and adapt with everchanging times and so it becomes our place to be mindful of and for one another as well.
If you, another member of staff or a guest display any concerning symptoms please contact Spa Management immediately to make them aware and follow the tips below:
