How to Look After your Skin Before and After a Workout

If you do a lot of exercise – especially outdoors – you’ll know that all the sun, sweat, chlorine, dust, and wind can wreak havoc on your skin. It’s not always enough to just wash your face after your workout. If you really want to keep you skin looking and feeling healthy – you need to incorporate these tips and tricks, both before and after your workout.
Keeping hydrated isn’t just a must for your body when you exercise – it’s also key to ensuring your skin stays vibrant and supple. Drink water before, during and after you exercise. Get Regular Facials
If you work out often, schedule in monthly facials which will really deep clean your skin. Wear Breathable Clothes

Protect your Hair
If you exercise a lot, chances are you’re washing your hair after every gym session, which can dry it out. Also, if you’re outside, it can also suffer sun damage.
