Experienced Spa receptionists
Requirement & Job Overview

  • Spa Receptionist welcomes guests into the Spa, promoting the Spa and all its offerings and responding to all enquiries while observing set standards.
  • Must have knowledge of all services and treatments available, including any special offers and promotions.
  • Duties also include prioritizing workloads, ensuring all operational procedures are met and ensuring that standards of appearance codes of conduct are adhered to always.
  • Actively promote the Spa treatments, services, retail, as well retail, programs and promotions and all discounts available.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
  • Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Possess the ability to work without supervision.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and homecare offered.
  • Monitor availability of treatments and staff to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists

Spa supervisors
Requirement & Job Overview

The job purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to oversee the Spa Therapists, Front Desk and Spa attendants and will lend support when needed. The Spa Supervisor will also assist the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager in the day to day operations of the department and oversee all spa operations in the Spa Manager’s absence. This includes, but are not limited to:

  • Internationally recognised Health & Skin Care Diploma
  • Assist Spa Manager with all daily operational duties to maximize on all levels of professionalism and productivity
  • Able to perform all Face & Body treatments offered at the Spa
  • Consistently meet and exceed set revenue targets
  • Providing and training superior Spa services and effectively manage all Spa staff
  • Develop, monitor, and review all staffing needs and challenges, maximise scheduling opportunities and assist with Reception and Cash-up duties
  • Revenue management for Target achievement. To monitor individual performance of targets by each employee and to coach and mentor individuals to see improvement and achievement
  • Maintain effective stock management through set stock take and stock ordering procedures
  • Interpret Financial Reports and provide feedback to Unit Manager and Head Office on results
  • Ensure all facilities and equipment are in excellent working order and hygienically acceptable

  • Lead by example in all aspects of company standards, protocols and expectations
