Ronleigh Gaddin





Our Founder & CEO

Ronleigh is an entrepreneur with 23 years’ experience throughout Africa in diverse industries in both business development and transformational roles, dedicated to female empowerment, skills development, entrepreneurship and job creation.  

Ronleigh completed her Bachelor of Commerce, Legal Degree and began her career in corporate forensic investigations.  In 2001, she joined Trans Africa Investments Holdings, an African entrepreneurial and Investment Company, as Managing Director. In 2004, the Company invested in Ivory Tree Game Lodge in the Pilanesberg, during which time, Ronleigh saw a gap in the market to provide Health & Beauty Spas in Game Lodges.   Exercising visionary leadership, Ronleigh embraced this opportunity and in 2006, established the first Amani Safari Spa, which realised great value-add services, not only to the owners but to the Safari industry as a whole.

Over the past 13 years, Ronleigh has become a leading expert in the African spa industry with her extensive knowledge of all aspects of spa business development and operations.  She is recognised for her innovation, ‘out the box’ thinking and identifying gaps in the industry.  



Our Team

Our team is dedicated to the empowerment of young women, transformational training, skills development and job creation, and the conscious creation of powerful and result driven teams.

We have employed and trained thousands of women over the years who were never given the chance to be educated or developed personally, socially or financially.  

The satisfaction of touching the lives of so many women and their families, has driven us to expand our training and education capacity, and with our recent SETA accreditation for Beauty and Hairdressing Skills Training Programme, we are  able to do so.

Amani continues to nurture and develop its strategic partnerships, including international organisations,
women entrepreneurial associations as well as blue chip Corporate organisations.

Discovery’s core purpose is to make people healthier and enhance and protect their lives.  Amani is proud to be Discovery’s preferred Spa partner, whereby members can redeem their Active Vitality Rewards at any Amani Spa nationwide and offers the exclusive Vitality Purple clients with monthly Spa specials. Discovery provides Wellness Days for their employees and executives at Amani, to enhance their wellbeing, reduce stress, build morale, optimise performance and increase productivity.
Since 2010, Amani and Comair has been in partnership, whereby Amani provides express spa treatments to passengers who have SLOW Lounge access, at Oliver Tambo Airport, Cape Town International Airport and King Shaka Airport, Kwazulu Natal. SLOW lounge is exclusive to FNB Premier, Private Clients, Private Wealth, Business Platinum, Business Black, RMB Private Bank, British Airways Executive Club Gold, Silver and Club members.
